Dr. Merritt Jones is the founder and clinic director at Natural Harmony Reproductive Health — a practice dedicated to empowering people to thrive, naturally.

Merritt’s philosophy is simple: Slow down and listen to what your body is asking for, be kind and gentle with yourself, fuel your cells with the unique nutrients your body needs to heal and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. This journey is not always easy, but it can be done — you can heal, and we’re here to cheer you on every step of the way!

As a healthcare provider living with endometriosis, Merritt knows all too well the frustrations that can come with feeling like you’ve run out of options and just feel stuck. Regardless of what reproductive health challenges you’re facing, you’re not alone, and you deserve to find the support you need to thrive.

Merritt believes both holistic Eastern medicine and traditional Western medicine can offer incredible tools to aid in optimal reproductive health care. Her goal is to provide you the best options to fit your unique needs, help you navigate the sometimes confusing terrain of reproductive health, and provide you with practical and proven tools that you can apply to your daily routine to start improving your health today. Dr. Stephanie is a California licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and a board certified fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) specializing in fertility, pregnancy and post-natal care.

Stephanie is passionate about reproductive health and all aspects of menstrual health. She utilizes an integrative approach to tailor treatment strategies specifically for each patient’s individual needs, whether they are looking to pursue Chinese Medicine as a sole therapy, or in conjunction with Western Therapies. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples on their path to becoming a parent.

Her unique treatment approach blends her skills as an empathic listener with her extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a strong foundation in modern medicine. Her treatments are customized to bring each individual into their natural state of balance and vitality by incorporating a variety of integrative treatment methods, including acupuncture, nutritional supplements, cupping, moxibustion, nutritional counseling and herbal medicine.

Dr. Erin is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist committed to the study and practice of Traditional Eastern Medicine and Integrative Western Medicine.  She uses acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition therapy and modalities such as cupping, moxa, and gua sha to restore balance and health for her patients.

With a passion for integrative health, Dr. Erin practices meridian therapy acupuncture and specializes in women’s health, fertility and pregnancy, emotional disorders, pain management, sleep issues, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Erin strives to provide the best possible care for her community and believes the tools to achieve health and well being are within all of us. As a member of Natural Harmony Reproductive Health she is here to empower others rediscover balance and cultivate health from the inside out. Her specialities include fertility, PCOS, and general women’s health and wellness.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Ramona is Nationally Board Certified in Traditional Chinese Medicine and specializes in reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy and pain management. Passionate about patient centered integrative care, she strives to always provide individualize, compassionate and effective support for each person she works with.

As a provider, Ramona is an dedicated listener and strong communicator, fostering a safe, comfortable environment for her patients to thrive. With a gentle hand and an inquisitive heart, Ramona loves working with all aspects of reproductive health — especially those trying to conceive.

Dr. Kari is Nationally board certified in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is passionate about reproductive health and fertility. She believes in taking an integrative approach to
treatment in order to optimize treatment outcomes for each unique individual.

Kari specializes in reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, pain management, and emotional disorders.
She especially loves helping families grows by enhancing individual’s overall health and fertility.
Kari strives to provide heart centered compassionate care that is tailored to each individual’s health and
wellness goals. By combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with nutritional supplementation, and
lifestyle adjustments she helps empower her patients to achieve a state of balance and health that
allows them to thrive.

Office Manager

After working 16 years as a court reporter and 6 years as a property manager, Alicia decided she needed a change.  NHRH turned out to be just what she needed, both physically and mentally.

She is passionate about helping people and loves being able to support our NHRH patients, many of whom express that coming in for their appointment is their favorite day of the week. She loves her co-workers and all the knowledge she has gained from them regarding integrative medicine.

When not at work she enjoys hanging with her miniature donkeys, her family, and also as a transport person delivering live donor organs.

Trent Brooks graduated from University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2020. He is a UCSD Chancellor’s Associates Scholarship Program alumni and former CASP Peer Mentor.  

When he isn’t working he enjoys volunteering for various local LGBTQ nonprofits, such as TransFamily Support Services, Stepping Stone of San Diego, and the Gay Men’s Spiritual Retreat. His favorite way to end the day is with his two adorable rescues, which are matching ginger cats named Sweetums and Miss Piggy.

Trent is thrilled to be working in support of our team of highly talented providers, in such a safe and healing environment!
